Which DiSC to use?

DiSC Classic Profiles or Everything DiSC Profiles?

The first self-scoring DiSC Profile was based on the 1928 research of William M. Marston. Over the past 30 years, Inscape done extensive research and made several revisions on what is the current DiSC Classic Profile.

Most recently, the Everything DiSC Model was developed by Inscape to help people better understand their work relationships. The topic specific Everything DiSC Profiles and Seminars are specifically designed for WORKPLACE TEAMS, MANAGEMENT, SALES and LEADERSHIP. Each profile and seminar package offers the most current research and presents the most comprehensive, user-friendly representation of DiSC anywhere. All future products will be built on the Everything DiSC Circular Model.
