  • Are stimulating
  • Are positive and optimistic
  • Show how an action will gain favorable attention and approval
  • Present new ideas and approaches
  • Emphasize the positive, casual and friendly

If a co-worker’s DiSC® personality style leans towards . . .  Steadiness . . .
Your relationship will be compatible if you . . . .

  • Are sincere
  • Allow time for consideration
  • Respect traditions, procedures, systematic practices
  • Focus on “service” provided to the group, organization

If a co-worker’s DiSC® behavioral style leans towards . . .   Conscientiousness . . .
our relationship will be compatible if you . . . .

  • Are correct
  • Provide facts, logic and a “track record
  • Demonstrate that you have done your research/homework
  • Minimize risks and provide assurances relative to current “trade offs” in productivity and excellence
  • Move slowly, seeking clarification of others expectations
