The Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile is a dynamic tool for managing conflict in your organization.
People’s personalities are different and when in a work situation, conflict can occur. Fortunately, we have the ability to empathize with others and think critically about our own human interactions.

We offer training modules for organizations where each participant will complete a DiSC® assessment to help you understand their DiSC® Behavioral Style. Then you can easily discuss the four DiSC® Styles to help coworkers learn about their own DiSC® Profile and about how to best communicate with other personalities within the organization.
DiSC® Profiles are a tool for understanding the universal language of observable human behavior. There are four main DiSC® Behavioral Styles summarized below:
DOMINANT STYLE – High D Personality
- Direct, bottom line organizer, results oriented, self-starter
 - Tries to change, fix and control to overcome challenges
 
INFLUENCING STYLE – High i Personality
- Enthusiastic, team player, sociable, negotiates conflict
 - Interacts with others and persuade others in order to influence them
 
STEADINESS STYLE – High S Personality
- Amiable, dependable, stable, service-oriented
 - Keep steady by being cooperative, supportive and agreeable
 
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS STYLE – High C Personality
- Analytic, high standards, fact finder, detail oriented
 - Seeks to find order, works within rules to ensure accuracy and quality.
