What is a DiSC Profile?

A DiSC Profile is a learning tool used to identify an individual's naturally occurring DiSC behavioral style. An individual’s behavior occurs as a result of their unique and distinct ways of thinking, feeling and acting. An individual’s DiSC behavioral style is an expression of their identity, which distinguishes one individual from another – much like your thumbprint.

DiSC Classic Profiles:

The DiSC Classic Profiles identify 15 Classical Patterns – each reflective of an individual’s core behavioral identity. Developed in the 70’s by Dr. John Geier, at the University of Minnesota; the DiSC Classic Profile uses a traditional line graph to plot the degree of an individual’s tendency as it relates to each of the 4 behavioral styles.
